The 41 story Allure Las Vegas luxury condominium tower has 428 units with 15 floor plans starting with 671 square foot studios and going up to 4,400 square foot, two story penthouses. 20 units remain unsold, priced from the mid-$500,000s. Allure’s amenities include an outdoor pool deck with private cabanas, fitness center with locker rooms, media center, conference room, catering kitchen, business center, Wi-Fi in all public spaces, resident storage, 24 hour security, concierge service and valet parking. Located on Sahara Avenue, once thought to be the end of the Strip, Allure is located in the middle of development which includes the expansion of the Fashion Show Mall, the building of Wynn Las Vegas, Hilton Grand Vacations and Sky Las Vegas. MGM Mirage has purchased 34 acres of vacant land across Sahara from Allure and plans to do a CityCenter type project. Additional plans include the renovation of the Sahara and the Stratosphere.
