The City of Henderson is offering homeowners residing in the City of Henderson an interest free, no payment home improvement loan. The loan is paid when the house is sold. Income restrictions do apply.

This program is for homeowners residing within Henderson’s city limits.

Information and Requirements:

• Maximum Loan: $45,000.

• Have less than $10,000 in cash or assets.

• No penalty fees, monthly payments, or interest charges assessed.

• Loan must be paid back.
