12/4-12/15  98.5 KLUC’s 16th Annual Chet Buchanan & the Morning Zoo Toy Drive:

NV Energy, 6226 W. Cactus12/4-1/5  Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens:

Surrounded by more than 45,000 fragrant fresh poinsettias, the winter holiday displays feature flying reindeer made of whole pecans, a life sized snow globe, a polar bear family created with white carnations and a seven foot tall, custom sculpted rocking horse in the midst of a  whimsical rail display featuring a working Bellagio emblazoned train.  Mr.  and Mrs. “Green Thumb” will be on hand daily from 10:30am to 11:30am to answer guest questions about the display.  www.bellagio.com/attractions/botanical-garden.aspx………………………………………………………………..702-693-7111

12/10-12  Winterfest:  2015:

Henderson Events Plaza and Henderson Convention Center, both located at 200 S. 12/12  Jingle Bell Run/Walk at Tivoli Village:

440 S. Rampart.  Chosen as one of the most incredible themed races, Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis is a fun and festive way to kick off your holidays by helping others!  Wear a holiday themed costume.  Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces.  The event will also include a Reindeer Dash to Kidville, live entertainment, vendors, providing breakfast and all sorts of fun.  JBR.org

11/28-12/23  Sam’s Town Mystic Falls:

5111 Boulder Hwy.  Considered one of the great Las Vegas Attractions, the Mystic Falls indoor park at Sam’s Town goes through a transformation at Christmastime.  Mystic Falls indoor park is a holiday haven this time of the year with a 30 foot Christmas tree, decorated with Thousands of lights and displays of polar bears fishing in the pond.  Take your camera and enjoy this winter wonderland that is set to holiday tunes.  For times go to samstownlv.com…………………………702-456-7777

12/8  Menorah Lighting:

The District at Green Valley Ranch welcomes Chabad of Green Valley back for their annual menorah lighting celebration.  The event will include live entertainment, balloon creations, donuts, dreidels, gelt and the lighting of the menorah for the third night of Hanukkah.  6:30-8:30pm……………………………………………….702-564-8595
